Today’s world, people want to stay
fit. Therefore, different institution is open like gym’s are open to guide the
people. How to stay fit? How to achieve their goals related to their body? Men and
women’s join that institutions to achieve their goals.

will discuss about only men. What exercises will do in the gym? How to
transform their body.?
Some men
join gym to make a body builder, some as a fitness model. When you will go to
the gym, warm up your body before starting the exercise you will do some
push up, chin up’s. after that you will decide which muscle is target at this
day and you will perform exercise according to that muscle like Bicep, triceps,
chest, shoulder, legs, back workout.
Exercises has been shown to improve your mood
and decrease feeling of depression and stress. Additionally, exercises can
increase the production of endorphins, which are known to help produce positive
feelings and reduce the perception of pain.
Exercise
play vital role in building and maintaining strong muscles and bones regular
exercise can help you relax and sleep better, make you feel happier. It’s increase
your energy level and reduce your risk of chronic disease.
