Personal trainer plays an important role to make their body fit according to their desire. As we know that human body is subject to their desire. Personal trainer has knowledge, skills and abilities to make effective fitness programs which are suitable for health. They guide and help the people to achieve their goals related to their personal health and fitness.



Trainers have many responsibilities for maintaining the scope of practice for their profession and within the limits of their certification. NFPT Certified Personal Trainers (CPT) have been estimate for specific skill sets that speak directly to this. Trainer have ability to design and carry out individual and small group of fitness programs that help us to achieve their goals in a safe and effective way.

Trainer will also help the person to reach their health and fitness goals through flexibility, appropriate cardiovascular and resistance exercise. It will able to motivate others to encouraging toward improving their fitness.


Some trainer has some responsibilities that should avoid like do not give medical advice, can’t provide body massage to people and can’t push your own preferences for fitness goals on people who don’t seek out those same goals.
