When peoples are joined gym, they think when thy doing exercise they lose their body fat or gaining muscle. Of course, these are the benefits but there are many other benefits of doing exercises. Many peoples are not known about these benefits.

·        First when you perform an exercises on daily basis it can improve your health.
·        They help you to burn fat and calories. Cardio exercises like running also helps to strengthen your heart and prevent other diseases like high blood pressure, stroke, cancer, and high cholesterol.



·        Regular exercise can help peoples build strong bones.
·        Exercise stimulation your body to release proteins and other chemicals that improves the structure and function of brain like thinking.
·        Studies shown that physical activities can reduce your risk of dying early from the leading causes of death, like heart disease and cancers.
·        They improve your sleep.
·        They improve your sexual health.
·        Exercise can improve muscle strengthen boost your endurance. They deliver oxygen and nutrients to your tissues and helps your cardiovascular system work more efficiently.


·        When you exercise regularly you also feel better about your appearance and your self also boost your confidence and improve your self-esteem.
·        Strength training at the gym will help you build Lean muscle mass. The weight-training machines at the gym can simplify your workout while also letting you target which ever area of the body you would like. For example, the Lat pull down machines will strengthen your back, the chest press will work your chest and the front of your shoulders and the overhead machines press will work the front, top in side of your shoulders.
